Terms of service

Last updated October 13, 2026

By creating a StagedWhere account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a staging company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

StagedWhere is a tool for recording your staging inventory: items, projects for each listing, pull lists, install and de-stage dates, check-ins and damage reports. It is not a scheduling, invoicing or contract system, an insurance record or a way to charge sellers or agents: any agreement about furniture left in a home, lost or damaged pieces, or staging fees is between you and your clients. Records are only as good as what was entered. We aren't responsible for lost or damaged furniture, missed installs or de-stages, items recorded in the wrong place, or disputes between you and your clients, agents or crew.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we'll send a copy on request. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep StagedWhere running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using StagedWhere at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
